Items sent in for repair, modification, or any reason will become property of Griffin Effects if balances due are not received within 90 days of the time the first invoice/bill was issued. After 90 days, Griffin Effects has the right to sell the item(s) to recoup any lost funds and/or to settle any debts. All items paid for and not claimed within 90 days will become property of Griffin Effects.
