LIMITED WARRANTY:
Pre-modified/modified 5 year warranty Terms and Conditions:
Warranty starts from the date of purchase. Items will be fixed or replaced at Griffin Effects discretion. Warranty is void if any tampering, self-repair, or application of additional modifications. Warranty covers parts of the modification and related parts of the modification. Warranty does not cover any power supply related damage. Item should be returned to Griffin Effects and not the original manufacturer (i.e. Boss, Digitech, etc.). Original serial number must be visible and any tamper-proof labels must be intact.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO GRIFFIN EFFECTS PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
GRIFFIN EFFECTS warrants to the first consumer only of a covered product purchased from an authorized GRIFFIN EFFECTS dealer in the U.S. that this product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 5 years. Please establish the date of purchase (NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR WARRANTY SERVICE).
To exercise your rights under this Warranty as a purchaser, you must ship this product in appropriate packaging at your expense (insurance is recommended), together with proof of purchase, to Griffin Effects. You should contact Griffin Effects before returning any item. All return shipping and any custom charges/taxes at the purchasers expense.
Griffin Effects will repair or replace this product at its sole option at no charge to you for parts or for labor within the warranty period; provided, however, that Griffin Effects reserves the right to determine whether the product is “defective” for purposes of this Limited Warranty. This Warranty does not apply to damage to this product that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, abnormal service or handling, battery leakage or failure, damage which may have been caused either directly or indirectly by another product, or if the product has been altered or modified in any way, or if the damage was caused by repairs or service provided or attempted by anyone other than Griffin Effects.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRIFFIN EFFECTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND/OR OUT OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE,
PROFITS, GOODWILL OR SAVINGS OR LOSS OF DATA, MUSIC, ELECTRONIC FILES, OR PROGRAMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN STORED BY A USER OF THE PRODUCT
EVEN IF GRIFFIN EFFECTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Where applicable, if you qualify as a “consumer” under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, then you shall be entitled to any implied
warranties allowed by law for the period of the Limited Warranty as set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF
ALL OTHER CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, AN IMPLIED CONDITION OR WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF GRIFFIN EFFECTS. GRIFFIN EFFECTS
DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY FOR IT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This Limited Warranty
gives U.S. purchasers specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

LIFETIME WARRANTY:
All Griffin Effects cables are made with the finest cable and connectors. We are extremely proud of our reliability, and problems are quite rare. However, should you experience trouble with our product, our Lifetime "No Excuses" warranty assures you are completely protected should something unfortunate occur. Griffin Effects will repair or replace (at Griffin Effects discretion) the cable(s). Certain states prohibit the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply in some cases. If product is out of stock or no longer in production, Griffin Effects will replace the cable with a suitable/comparable substitute at the discretion of Griffin Effects.
To obtain warranty services the cable must be returned at the purchaser's expense to the place of purchase or mailed to Griffin Effects. All return shipping and any custom charges/taxes at the purchasers expense.
This warranty provides specific rights: The purchaser may also have other legal rights that change from state to state.
Griffin Effects is not responsible for damage that is caused by abuse or by the cable being used for that it's not intended, such as a rope, AC cord, jumper cable, etc...
Return Policy: Griffin Effects is not responsible for, and will not return cables that are made per transaction on website and ordered incorrectly by purchaser - as an example: lengths miscalculated by customer or wrong connectors. We also do not accept returns because cable does “sound” as expected. All pre-modified and "made-to-order" sales are final . Made to order includes any modified pedal, custom pedal, cable, amplifier, or guitar. Any exclusion are made only by Griffin Effects. Any warranty service must include copy of receipt and note stating nature of service required.
