1N4148 Switching Diode

A standard silicon switching diode. Typically used for clipping in pedals. The 1N4148 has dependable specifications and low cost. It replaced the older 1N914. They differ in mainly leakage current specification at 25°C: 25 nA@ -20V vs. 5 µA @ -75V.
